At Draig Fitness, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Faulty items are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us, as couriers may experience unexpected delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Draig Fitness is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
