We aim to process and ship orders efficiently. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics. Draig Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unworn condition, unwashed with tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 5 - 10 working days to the original payment method. Underwear, socks and any item marked as final sale are non refundable.
Customers are responsible for paying their own return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Faulty items are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
